Health and Dental Insurance

Medweb provides health care and dental insurance through a Preferred Provider Network (PPO) and covers 100% of the employee's premium. The PPO lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and no forms to submit. Our prescription coverage lets you purchase generic prescription drugs for $15 and brand names for $25.

Retirement Savings

Medweb encourages employees to set aside a portion of their income towards a 401(k) plan, including mutual funds managed by UBS Financial Services Inc. Medweb offers both a Roth 401(k) and a Traditional 401(k) option for our employees, with the company covering all administrative costs. Certified financial planners from UBS Financial Services are available to consult with employees regarding their retirement as well as to provide personal investment advice at no additional cost.

Medweb will match contributions to an employee's 401(k) account up to 4% of their annual salary. Employees are eligible to enroll in the plan after 90 days of employment and are 100% vested upon enrollment in the program.
