Retirement Savings
Medweb encourages employees to set aside a portion of their income towards a 401(k) plan, including mutual funds managed by UBS Financial Services Inc. Medweb offers both a Roth 401(k) and a Traditional 401(k) option for our employees, with the company covering all administrative costs. Certified financial planners from UBS Financial Services are available to consult with employees regarding their retirement as well as to provide personal investment advice at no additional cost.
Medweb offers a discretionary match of contributions to an employee's 401(k) account up to 4% of their annual salary. Employees are eligible to enroll in the plan after 90 days of employment and are 100% vested upon enrollment in the program.
