Silver Support Plan24 X 7 telephone and online support, 365 days a year. Priority routing of critical issue tickets. Escalated response time. Remote diagnostics and monitoring with customer's approval. Engineering assistance with server configuration. Appropriate for sites with an on-site Administrator responsible for complex networking and system integration. |
Bronze Support PlanUnlimited access to Medweb's telephone and online support specialists during normal business hours, including support for new users while downloading and installing the Medweb Plugin. Appropriate for sites with an on-site Administrator with the qualifications to monitor Medweb system performance and proactively report problems to Medweb within 24 hours of discovery. |
